The Firm recognizes that, in some circumstances, alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") can be an efficient and cost-effective method of resolving a dispute. Because there are times when litigation represents a “no win” situation for both sides, the Firm has extensive experience with ADR methods including arbitration, mediation, and “mini-trial” proceedings.
