Jeffrey Ihnen and Glenn Karta Have Become Members of the Firm

Rothwell, Figg is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Ihnen and Glenn Karta have become Members of the firm.

Mr. Ihnen has extensive experience in biotechnology and chemical patent application preparation in U.S. and foreign prosecution, as well as providing counseling to clients on development and implementation of patent strategies, technology transfer, research and development agreements, infringement and validity issues, and market clearance of products.

Mr. Karta has extensive experience in intellectual property litigation and procurement, opinion work, licensing, and client counseling. Also with his technical background in chemistry, he handles numerous U.S. and foreign patent prosecution matters with respect to DNA probe and antibody-based diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, gene targeting and repair methods, agricultural chemicals, polymers, etc.
