Frank Rothwell's Speech at the Giles S. Rich American Inn of Court

On May 12, 2003, Frank Rothwell made a presentation entitled "The Changing Face of IP Advertising" at the Giles S. Rich American Inn of Court. This talk discussed the attitudes and ethics of Intellectual Property lawyers advertising in the 1950's and 1960's, up to the Bane decision in 1977, and then the slowly changing scene subsequent to 1977 and up to the present.
