Carla Calcagno Speaks at INTA's 125th Annual Meeting

Carla Calcagno was invited to and delivered a speech to the 125th Annual Meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA) in Amsterdam in May, 2003. The subject was the impact of the U.S. Adherence to the Madrid Protocal on Practice Before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
