Dr. Scaltrito's practice involves extensive patent prosecution in the areas of pharmaceuticals, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry and materials science. He also provides technical support for litigation and opinion matters. Prior to joining the Firm in 2006, Dr. Scaltrito was a science advisor at an intellectual property law firm in Northern Virginia and an Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
